Treated Water Consumption Charge

Treated Water Infrastructure Management Fee
- 5% of the actual treated water consumption
Power Consumption Charge
- Normal hours: 1,896 VND/Kwh Peak hours: 3,474 VND/Kwh
- Off-peak hours: 1,241 VND/Kwh
*The power consumption charge shall be subject to the adjustment of EVN
Power Management Fee
- 2.5 USD per registered capacity per month
Telecommunication service fee
- Subject to a separate agreement between Lessee and a service supplier
Waste water treatment:
- Capacity: 1200 m3/ day and night
- Unit price: 0.45 USD/m3 calculated on 100% of actual treated water consumption
Solid and hazardous waste collection and treatment
- Subject to a separate agreement between Lessee and a service supplier

Terms of Service: We, Lusac Industrial will take a-half (½) month rental (For first month only), plus VAT and management fee, from the tenant for successful recommendation. The commission will be paid by the tenant to Lusac Industrial, when the tenant signs the lease contract or pays security deposit, whichever comes earlier.
