The owner is committed to providing a 1-year limited warranty (from the date of handover) to the Lessee. From the 2nd year onwards, the party to bear the repairing costs is determined according to the working record from the two technical parties when a water leakage occurs. |

| Sewerage system & Wastewater Treatment station | Sewerage system: The centralized wastewater treatment station of the industrial zone and the sewage collection pipeline system are invested by the owner (the owner bears the cost). If the Lessee agrees to use the owner’s wastewater treatment service (at the expense of the Lessee), the owner will assure all wastewater discharged into the environment complies with Vietnam Laws and the owner is willing to provide required certificate to the Lessee.
The owner provides the sewage connection point for the Lessee to connect to the owner’s pipeline system, the location of the connection point is no more than 30m from the factory walls. |

| POWER & WATER SUPPLY | |
| 22KV power supply | 22KV power supply in the owner’s Industrial Parks ensures Lessee’s using capacity
The closest distance from the owner’s 22KV power connection point to the enclosure wall of the factory is on about 100m. The construction and installation of the electrical system and use of electricity are performed under contracts based on compliance with Vietnamese Law. |
| 2KV Electricity shutdown | In case of any 22KV electricity system shutdown (not relating to electricity supply suspension by Hai Duong electric company or force majeure events or other issue of Vietnam’s electricity agencies), APC guarantees to properly fix problems within 24 hours. Lessee need to follow all contracted term for electricity usage, any breach of electricity usage regulation might result in system shut down. |
| Domestic and production water supple | The owner shall provide sufficient production and domestic water supply to the point of water supply at surrounding fence of the factory. The water costs shall be paid by Lessee. |

Terms of Service: We, PDIndustrials Co., Ltd will take a-half (½) month rental (For first month only), plus VAT from the tenant for successful recommendation.
The commission will be paid by the tenant to PDIndustrials Co., Ltd, when tenant signs the lease contract or pays security deposit, whichever comes earlier.
